This was a research thesis written by Naimatullah Qasmi at the prestigious Al-Mahd Al-Aali al-Islami, Hyderabad, India. This is a post graduate educational institution meant for the graduates of the Darul Ulooms. The work was done under the guidance of Maulana Saifullah Khalid Rahmani. Also discusses children’s rights from an Islamic viewpoint in the context of such discussions in international institutions.
